- As this is plein air, the workshops will be held out of doors. (See below for rain day information.)
- You will learn techniques for simplifying the visual chaos a live scene presents.
- You will learn how to compose a live scene.
- You will practice reducing the scene to values.
- We start with a discussion of some of the practical aspects of plein air painting and learn some “tricks” for making plein air easier.
This gives you a good start in the art of plein air painting. And gives you grounding in plein air.
