A Painting a Day

The Challenge has been over for some time now. It was fun while I did it, however, it took more time to photograph and post the art than it did to paint it. Im not sure If I will do it again.

To help force me to paint more often, I've challenged myself to paint a painting a day for the next month. I posted this on Kickstarter, in order to raise funds for the paints and painting surfaces. A number of art patrons stepped up and have offered to fund this experiment.
My patrons are:
  • Will Stokes
  • Charles Cooper
  • Larissa Rüdiger
  • John Thirgood
  • Rose Anne Vita
My 30 days of paintings started during my art retreat to the Kawartha Highland Provincial Park, where I lead a small group of artists into the backcountry by canoe and we painted for four days. Here are my paintings.
